All products at Lollipops N Gumdrops are for digital download ONLY. No items will be shipped directly to you. Download links are good for 7 days or 5 downloads. Should you need more or should you have a computer issue, please email us and we will be more than happy to reset the download for you. Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday from 10am - 6pm EST. Should you need assistance after these hours, it will be provided the next business day. Thank you for your patronage.
